1) Where is your company located?

We are a wholly Canadian owned and operated company. We are based out of Acton Ontario Canada.

1) Where does the tea come from?

Our tea comes from some of the finest tea garden/estates of Assam, India, which maintains high quality of tea production through out the season. Assam has been producing tea since the early 1800's. WE have a sourcing office in Assam.

2) Why type of Tea do you sell?

We are mainly into finished tea products such as CTC, GREEN TEA, WHITE TEA, ORTHODOX both organic and non organic. Its not entirely the leaf that defines the quality, its the entire manufacturing process which results in the quality of the tea. We can definitely send our products globally.

3) What is the story behind your tea?

Even though the tea industry is over 200 years old and a matured industry, we have a dream to make a mark on it. Therefore, we decided to deliver the rich flavour and delicate taste of the famous Assam tea to any part of the world, especially to countries where a considerable part of the population appreciates tea, in different forms and flavours. Hence, our tea is derived from the famous tea growing hills of Assam, known for its dark green, glossy and fairly wide leaves and having a flavour far superior than other tea leaves. Assam tea is generally harvested twice, in a “first flush” and a “second flush.” The first flush is picked during late March. The second flush, harvested later, is the more prized “tippy tea,” named thus for the gold tips that appear on the leaves. Our tea mainly is derived from this second flush, tippy tea, which is sweeter and more full-bodied and is generally considered superior to the first flush tea. And while packaging we make sure that we deliver this tea with its look, feel and smell intact, to give you the perfect sip of morning tea to start off the day with.  We have visited numerous places around the world and have hand picked each of our product with passion and full dedication.

5) Do you flavour your own tea and where do you you flavour your tea ?

Yes, we do flavour our own tea. We work with partners in Germany and USA. Everything is done in Canada.

6) What is the Estimated time of delivery after placing an order?

It all depends on your location. However, we use the most trusted Canadian Shipping Company i.e. Canada Post ensuring the quickest and safest delivery solution possible.

10) Are you into wholesale , Can we request samples to be provided in order for our team to evaluate the

quality, grade and ultimately the taste of the tea?

Yes we are and we can can, we will arrange and deliver the sample for you for free. Just pay shipping. 

11) Details of payment?

We strive on simple doing the best, hence we use one of the safest payment gateway systems in the world i.e. Moneris

12) Is your company really involved in protecting elephants where does your money go?

Yes, we truly want to save the home of elephants especially the ones in and around tea gardens. We will be donating 10% of our profits to WWF each year.
